Samdhaana Yoga Basic Vinyasa Class 1

Class Focus: Addresses all 7 basic openings. Mandala rotation for external hip opening, Tree, squared hip linear with Big Toe and Warrior 3, bridge series, restorative twists that lead to standing twist sequence for each side to include seated twist, Revolved Side Angle, Splits Prep with a twist, Kundalini Tuck, and Eagle standing.  (A video of this full class is available with a subscription to our Online Yoga Classes.)

Samdhaana Yoga Vinyasa Flow Class 7

Class Description: External hip rotation done in 2 halves and a tag, includes Half Moon twice on each side. Restorative ending with reclined Half Virasana, and Supported Shoulder Stand with a bolster, Savasana is done with belly on the bolster pose, face down; no peak postures. Class Description: A Power Vinyasa Class with a focus on external rotation of the hip with Warrior 2, Triangle, Half Moon, Modified Crescent Lunge, Standing Splits, Seal, Dancer, Bridge, Wheel; strong twist series includes Revolved Side Angle, Splits Prep with a twist, Revolved Triangle, Eagle to Half Moon, Big Toe, variation 3, Full Bird. Peak Postures of Dancer, Wheel, Revolved Triangle, Big Toe, 3rd variation, Bound Revolved Half Moon, Full Bird. Class Description: Addresses open hip with double mandalas including Pigeon, Triangle, Tree, Figure Four; addresses squared hip including Modified Crescent Lunge, Locust, and Teardrop Bow, closing out with restorative twists; energetically lengthens and strengthens the line of energy that extends within our being, head to toe, and connects us to heaven and earth. Energetically, there is an exchange of what is considered facing the front, outside of the aspect of turning in the mandala format. Samdhaana Yoga Vinyasa Flow Class 27

Class Description: A Power Hour Class that begins in wide knee Child and has an Attending the Spine series that is attached to Sun A’s and includes both modified and full Side Plank, done at a slow pace; followed by a faster moving pace that includes open hip series done in a vertical arc mandala with a linear open hip tag; squared hip series done in a vertical arc mandala and linear with balancing poses of Warrior 3 to Figure 4, and Big Toe, 1st and 2nd variations to Krishna Pose; closes with more back extension and crossover twists.
