Class Focus: External hip rotation, back extension and mainly twists; focus is on Eagle Pose standing with mimicking floor twists of Eagle; also, option for Eagle to Half Moon Pose; Peak Posture – Revolved Triangle

Class Description: A class is full of movement in the beginning, addressing external rotation of the hips through 2 mandala formats of Pigeon, and a restorative ending with Reclined Half Virasana, followed by Savasana on the belly and a short meditation.

Class Description: A Power Vinyasa Class with lots of movement, includes open hip and squared hip series; peak postures of full splits, Big Toe Variations 1 & 2, Bird of Paradise, and Bound Triangle
Duration: Approximately 54 minutes
Class Description: A morning restorative class that begins with a short standing series to awaken the body and moves quickly to Restorative Child and belly on the bolster, followed by integrative movement; class ends with Restorative Fish to restorative twists done with a bolster, to rolling Forward Folds to end class. Earth born friendly.
