Class Focus: Strong Foundations class with a restorative centerpiece. Addresses all openings with a focus on back extension to include Puppy Pose, Seal, Bridge, and Restorative Half Virasana, followed by seated twists and a standing external hip series.
Class Focus: A Power Vinyasa Class that addresses all 7 elements of Opening. Includes peak postures of Wheel, Revolved Triangle, Revolved Big Toe (Standing), and Side Crow
Take back extension in Restorative Bridge, followed by restorative twists, and Restorative Child's Pose. (If you have already watched this video and are familiar with how to get into the first pose, you may wish to skip the beginning explanation and begin the video at minute 5.)

Releasing Stress and Elevating Mood for those with Low Energy
The following 2 videos are for those whose lifeline is the earth, who are generally calm and grounded in nature, and have associated elements of earth and water. Stress tends to be experienced as a great weight that accumulates, pushing them down physically and emotionally, and therefore they need a means to move stress out and be lifted.
Class Description: This is a Power Vinyasa Master Class (Level 4) that addresses all 7 elements of opening. Includes peak postures of Camel, option for Wheel, Big Toe (all 3 variations) and Revolved Triangle. Format: Mandala - 2 Halves and Mandala - Full Rotations. Move stress out of the body through a short standing series of forward folds, twists, and side body lengthening, followed by Restorative Pigeon, shoulder releases, crossover twists, Restorative Child's Pose, and belly on the bolster
Each class in our Samdhaana Yoga Gentle Beginner Series begins standing, followed by movement and poses on hands and knees or reclined on the mat. Each class in the series builds upon the previous classes in the series, but all the classes are easy to follow and accessible to most people. No prior yoga experience required. Once you're comfortable with theses classes, you may wish to try the Active Beginner Series below.
