Class Description: This is a Power Vinyasa Master Class (Level 4) that addresses all 7 elements of opening. Includes peak postures of Camel, option for Wheel, Big Toe (all 3 variations) and Revolved Triangle. Format: Mandala - 2 Halves and Mandala - Full Rotations. (A video of this full class is available with a subscription to our Online Yoga Classes.)
