Class Description: This is a soft flow intermediate level vinyasa class that contains beautiful mandalas for the strengthening of the subtle body and a short infinity knot to tie up the practice and the cross weave fabric of our being. This is the quote shared at the end of class: "'Then your light shall break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up quickly.' Isaiah 58:8. Healing is about so much more than the physical condition. It is also an ongoing renewal of my thoughts. So keep my beliefs about myself and the way I want to live positive. Such a life affirming attitude is in time with my eternal and ageless spiritual nature. I am the healthy and whole being God created me to be."
