Each of our Short Series videos is about an hour or less, so you can practice even on those days when you don't have the time for a longer class.
Class Description: A simple infinity pattern done in halves to address Attending the Spine through poses that stay close to the earth.
Duration: Approximately 21 minutes
Class Description: Focus is on external hip opening with two full rotational mandala patterns, one an arc from the floor, and the other contains a vertical front with a horizontal return and includes standing balance poses of Tree and Big Toe, 1st and 2nd variation.

Class Description: Focus is on back extension, hip flexion and hip extension done in 2 halves with a squared hip vertical to the back and a horizontal return; includes Bridge, Seal, Camel and walking Dakasanas, along with squared hip poses of Crescent Lunge and Modified Crescent Lunge.
Duration: Approximately 43 minutes
Class Description: Focus is on twists; class starts standing and contains a short Attending the Spine series followed by a full rotational mandala that leads into twists with Eagle and Half Moon as the standing balance poses.
Duration: Approximately 32 minutes
Class Description: Class has a restorative beginning starting with Supported Fish (done with 2 blocks) for 7 minutes, then Restorative Child for 2 minutes, and belly on the bolster for one minute; followed by movement with an infinity pattern with a focus on twists; ending with a standing series at the back of the mat.
Duration: Approximately 36 minutes
Class Description: The first part of this class is the same as Short Series 5, then adds a mandala pattern that addresses both twists and open hip poses; includes peak posture of Revolved Triangle and standing balance poses of Eagle, Half Moon and Tree Pose; closes with rolling folds to seated forward fold, then Happy Baby and Eagle Leg Twists to Savasana.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Class Description: Marked as one of Melody's favorites, this yummy class focuses on inhabiting your body, feeling it being breathed, and waking it up; class uses feel-good infinity patterns and cross over work to energize and balance the subtle body. Enjoy!

Class Description: A yummy soft flow done in an infinity pattern that includes sun salutations and floorwork including Reclined Twists, Thread the Needle, Modified Side Plank, Pigeon and Tree. Class ends with a starfish savasana.

Class Description: Class starts standing and moves to an infinity pattern to gently stretch and open the energetic lines of the body; class has a focus on lengthening the vertical line of brahma sutra and also releasing foreign and unwanted energy from this area

Class Description: A yummy full rotational mandala created with an infinity loop; this luxurious sequence leaves you feeling elongated and harmonized with special attention to the line of brahma sutra and extra attention to side body length

Class Description: This class begins with energetically working with the line of brahma sutra, clearing negative energy off the midline and strengthening the midline
