Strong focus on IT Band (iliotibial band), hamstrings, back extension and twists. Includes attending the spine, focused back extension, standing series of twists that stretch the hamstrings and lengthen the IT band followed by a standing balance pose and Pigeon on the belly. Done in an infinity pattern for energetic strengthening.

Suggested Props: mat, 2 or 4 blocks

Duration: Approximately 25 minutes
