Class Description: Beginner Vinyasa Class with a focus on external rotation of the hip done in a mandala format with complementary floorwork; includes Warrior 2, Side Angle, Tree standing and on floor, Triangle, Scandasana, Figure Four, Standing Goddess, Bound Angle, Reclined Goddess, Happy Baby and twists with Savasana on the belly
